Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as we want to process your order as fast as we can. However, in case order was placed wrongly or accidentally, we recommend reaching out to our customer care asap.

In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, we recommend you to reach out to our customer care immediately. We will allow return within a window of 14 days. Please make sure that the product is in its original condition, unused, unwashed and tags intact.

Customer will have to arrange for return pickup and bear the cost of shipping.

Once we receive the product, we will issue the refund in customer's bank account upon quality check and final inspection.

The amount refunded will exclude actual shipping cost (INR 50-100, pan India), irrespective of order value.

We allow unconditional exchange in these cases:

* Damaged product

* Product different from website description

* Wrong product delivered

In these cases, we recommend you reach out to our customer care immediately to place an exchange request. Customer will have to arrange for return pickup, however we will refund the shipping cost (INR 50-100, pan India).

For cases not covered above, exchange request will be accepted for similar item (size or color variation only). Customer will have to bear return shipping cost in this case.

Exchange request will not be accepted if product returned is not in its original condition, unused, unwashed or tags removed.
